Architecture Portfolio

We provide full architectural design services for various scales and complexities of projects. For larger development, we work closely with planners to provide master site plan, concept design and drawings for zoning / official plan amendment, and site plan control application. For smaller projects, even renovations to existing buildings, we, as an architect, will lead a team of consultants to provide design and drawings for building permit and construction. We strive ourselves to achieve design excellence and provide fast and reliable services to our clients.

Custom Home Design

Wang Architects Inc. specialises in custom home design, modern or classic. In the past few years, our reputation in custom home design has been appreciated by many valued customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Wang has completed many high profile homes that exceed client’s expectations. We worked closely with our client to develop floor plans, elevations and interior design to fit the client's needs and yet aesthetically pleasing. We will apply for building permits on client’s behalf, and communicate with city staff until a building permit is issued.

Construction administration

During the construction phase, Wang Architects Inc. will provide construction support both in office and on site. We will review shop drawings, respond to contractor’s Request for Information (RFI), conduct monthly site inspections, and issue site visit reports. We will conduct a final site inspection and issue letters for occupancy to officially close the permit.
